Existing SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE licensees who paid on or after 1st January 2017 can simply download the new version and install over their old version. You may want to purchase Upgrade Assurance so that you'll also receive an upgrade to the next major release.
SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE Version 8 is a free upgrade for all customers who purchased a full license on or after 1st January 2017 from 2BrightSparks. For customers who purchased prior to January 2017, enter your serial number above and click Check.
Upgrade Assurance is a yearly subscription that lets you upgrade to the next major release without paying an upgrade fee. You also receive priority technical support. You can buy Upgrade Assurance when you purchase SyncBackPro or SyncBackSE or when you pay for an upgrade from an earlier version. You can also purchase Upgrade Assurance up to 1 month after purchasing a new version or an upgrade. If you have a free upgrade from V7 (i.e. you purchased SyncBackPro or SyncBackSE V7 in 2017) then you have until 1st July 2017 to buy Upgrade Assurance.

Support for version 7 will end 1st December 2017. This includes free support ticketing and bug releases. Previous versions (V6 and earlier) are no longer supported.
