Q. What versions of Windows can SyncBack run on?
A. Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7 and Vista (32-bit and 64-bit) and Windows Server 2008 and newer (32-bit and 64-bit). There are 64-bit versions of SyncBackSE and SyncBackPro available. SyncBack Touch is available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Android.

Q. What is your upgrade policy?
A. All minor upgrades are free, e.g. V9.1 to V9.2. If you do not have Upgrade Assurance then there will be a small upgrade fee to upgrade major versions (e.g. V9 to V10), but this will be in line with our low pricing policy. Although licensees are advised to upgrade to the latest version, there is no requirement to do so. You will find full details of our upgrade policy in the Upgrade Article.
Q. How many computers can I install SyncBack onto?
A. Our licensing policy differs depending on whether you are using our program for home/personal use or for commercial/business purposes. See our licensing policy article for details.
