I paid for Upgrade Assurance, do I have to pay for the upgrade?

If your Upgrade Assurance was still active on or after 1st July 2023 then you can upgrade without having to pay. Enter your serial number above to check if you are eligible to upgrade without charge.

I paid recently for a license, do I have to pay for the upgrade?

Existing SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE licensees who paid on or after 1st June 2023 can simply download the new version and install over their old version. You may want to purchase Upgrade Assurance so that you'll also receive an upgrade to the next major release.

How much do upgrades cost?

SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE Version 11 is a free upgrade for all customers who purchased a full license on or after 1st June 2023 from 2BrightSparks. For customers who purchased prior to June 2023, enter your serial number above and click Check.

What is Upgrade Assurance?

Upgrade Assurance is a yearly subscription that lets you upgrade to the next major release without paying an upgrade fee. You also receive priority technical support. You can buy Upgrade Assurance when you purchase SyncBackPro or SyncBackSE or when you pay for an upgrade from an earlier version. You can also purchase Upgrade Assurance up to 1 month after purchasing a new version or an upgrade.

Do I have to upgrade?

No, your license for SyncBackPro and SyncBackSE is indefinite and you do not have to upgrade.

You can try SyncBackPro V11 or SyncBackSE V11 and roll back to using your old version if you're not completely happy.
