All SyncBackPro/SE licensees who paid on or after 1st June 2023 enjoy a free upgrade to version 11. Also, those with Upgrade Assurance that was active on or after 1st July 2023 can upgrade to version 11 without further charge.

Large Volume Orders

You are free to make your purchase via our web store and upgrade store. We accept purchases via credit card, PayPal, wire transfer or PO.

However, for larger volume orders you may wish to Contact Us first to receive your special payment instructions.

An invoice will be issued, with instructions for payment via wire transfer or demand draft. Upon payment, a license will be issued granting the right to copy the software for the maximum number of copies for the level purchased.

If you require a formal quotation or purchase order for an order above US$1,000, please Contact Us. Please ensure you state the organization’s particulars and the Level Number (CVL1, CVL2 etc.) being requested. 2BrightSparks reserves the right to verify the organization’s non-profit status prior to accepting an order.

Enterprise Level License

The Enterprise Level License covers all computers and devices in an organization. Please Contact Us for ordering information and payment details for an Enterprise License. Copies of software purchased under the Enterprise pricing are for use by users within a single organization, wherever situated. The scope of authorized use also includes laptops used while traveling, and computers used at home for the organization's activities.

Upgrade Assurance Subscription

Upgrade Assurance is the most cost effective way to stay up-to-date with the latest SyncBackSE/Pro releases. During your Upgrade Assurance period, the subscription will provide you with:

Free upgrades to all major and minor software version releases.
Receive priority support from our ticketing support channel.

By purchasing Upgrade Assurance you don’t need to worry about upgrade pricing changes and you will save more as compared to buying a separate upgrade.

Warranty

Our software is covered by a 30-day warranty and technical support. If the product does not perform according to our documentation and our web site claims, we will refund your money upon your representation that all copies of the product have been removed from your and your members’ computers.
