A newer version of SyncBackSE is available for download. See our V11 page for details. If you have purchased a serial number then visit our upgrade store to find out how much it will cost to upgrade. Note that you are not required to upgrade. If you have already purchased a serial number then you are free to continue using the version you have and it will not expire.

There is a wealth of information available to help you make the most of SyncBackSE:

• The help file that is installed with SyncBack includes extensive and detailed information. This should always be your first port of call when looking for help. When using the software simply press F1 (or click the Help button) for instant context sensitive help. It is also available online.


• We have an online knowledge base that is constantly being updated and improved.


• To learn more about the technology used by SyncBack we have an ever increasing list of articles.


• Sometimes it is easier to show something than to describe it, which is why we have a tutorials section.


• If you still need help then you can contact our experienced technical support staff.

First Steps

The help file has a Quick Start section which we recommend you read first. We also have an online article which explains how to create your first backup profile (it refers to SyncBackPro but the steps also apply to SyncBackSE).
