FindOnClick V2.0.1.14 (March 2008)

New: Selecting “Only show duplicate files” adds “MD5 Hash” column to result list. Removing “MD5 Hash” column deselects the “Only show duplicate files”.
New: After a path is selected in the "Search paths" list - the same drive will be deselected from the "Drives" list. After a drive was selected in the "Drives" list, if there is a path in the "Search paths" list that belongs to the same drive then it will be deselected.
New: If the shortcut was created from the Search window it will display the search window first (it will allow the user to change the search criteria before running the search).
Updated: The hot-key management has been moved to the tray icon menu.
Updated: The shortcut creation label has been renamed "Click here to create a shortcut to display this search criteria".
Updated: In the date filter today's date is automatically shown as the latest date (instead of 2099).
Updated: If the file kinds settings are default then they don't require a settings file to be created.
Updated: The tabs "Extensions" and "Duplicates" have been removed as these functions are now integrated into the Easy and Expert tabs.
Updated: The Windows Explorer context menu is available for search results.
Updated: The columns list can be adjusted from the search window.
Updated: FindOnClick help file.
Fixed: Shortcuts "Esc" or "Alt-A" will abort the current search.
Fixed: If the search shortcut is saved into the default folder then the "Maximum 259 characters command line length" limitation is removed.
Fixed: A warning is shown if a shortcut is saved into the non-default folder and the command line length is larger than 259 characters.
Fixed: The command-line parameter "–showsearch" was not working with the new-style Saved Searches.
Fixed: The search description was showing the wrong text.
Fixed: Attributes filter was displaying wrong settings after running a search for a first time.
Fixed: "Scan all file kinds (not only Documents)" checkbox was not working.
Fixed: If all items have been selected in the results window - it was not possible to deselect the selection.
Fixed: The drives list view control was truncating the drive labels.
Fixed: The default file kinds list was corrupt (values were truncated to 256 characters length).
Fixed: The search criteria history drop-down list does not pop-up now when the value does not match any history value.
Fixed: Changing the default search save folder is now coordinated between the FindOnClick instance and FindOnClick tray icon.
Fixed: The hot key was still active while the "Hot key" panel was shown.
Fixed: After deleting a group of files FindOnClick was bringing an erroneous confirmation dialog 'Are you sure you want to open xx files?'.
Fixed: Drag-n-drop using right mouse button was unavailable: the Windows Explorer context menu appeared instead.
Fixed: Windows Explorer context menu appeared at a wrong position of the screen.
Fixed: After finishing drag-n-drop operation FindOnClick was incorrectly removing the file from the list, although the "Copy" operation was performed.

Simple to use, lightning fast, file searching utility for Microsoft Windows (2000/XP/2003/Vista).

FindOnClick can search for files on any NTFS or FAT (FAT 12, 16, 32) partitions, including from hard drives (internal and external), floppy disks, flash cards, Smart Media (SM), SONY Memory Sticks, IBM Micro Drives, Multimedia Cards (MMC), Secure Digital Cards (SD), Zip disks, etc.

Extensive Search Parameters: by Size; Date; Extension; Attributes; Duplicate; and Contents.
Right Click menu for fast access to many of FindOnClick's features.
Show statistics on the current search query.
Export to a .csv file.
Minimize program: to tray; on close; with Windows.

Simple to use file undelete utility for Microsoft Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/2003.

Note: PatchOnClick V2 is not compatible with PatchOnClick V1.

Due to the required changes to improve PatchOnClick, you cannot use PatchOnClick V1 patch files with PatchOnClick V2 and vice-versa. PatchOnClick V2 uses compressed patch files which can be used with files of any size, where as PatchOnClick V1 patch files were not compressed and could not be used on files over 2GB in size. You may still download PatchOnClick V1 if you need to Patch files made with that version.

PatchOnClick V2 (March 2009)

New: Patch files are compressed to reduce their size
New: Can create hash files from source files (for use in creating patch files)
New: Can create patch files using hash files (so original file not required)
Updated: Can now patch files over 2GB in size (no longer any practical file size limit)
Updated: Overall faster creation and patching of files because the CRC32 calculation is no longer required

Note: PatchOnClick V2 is not compatible with PatchOnClick V1.

Simple to use, in-place text encryption and decryption for Microsoft Windows (2000/XP/2003/Vista).

New: Encrypt any text using military grade encryption.
New: Decrypt text which has been encrypted using ScrambleOnClick.
New: Use with any email program as well as document programs like Word.
New: Clipboard viewer.
New: Ctrl-W to wipe the clipboard contents at any time.
New: Use either a keyboard shortcut or the ScrambleOnClick Tray menu to encrypt and decrypt.
