Customer Account Portal

We have added new ways to let our customers access their account portal, which is a customer account management page to review your existing orders and licensing details, retrieve invoices and update payment method for subscriptions.

Only customers who have previously purchased from our FastSpring webstore will be able to access their account portal. Upon request, we will send an email containing a portal access link to the customer’s email address associated with their order. The link is time-limited and will expire 1 hour after the email is sent out. Receiving the link via the email associated with the customer’s order ensures only the authorized user has access to it.

The following are methods to request for your customer account email:

- Upgrade Checker Page: Submit your SyncBack serial number and click on the Customer Portal link

- From SyncBack: Help menu > About window

- From our payment processor: FastSpring’s Account Management page

Improve SyncBackPro with Runtime Intelligence

To improve SyncBackPro’s functionality and ease of use, it has an opt-in data gathering tool called Runtime Intelligence, which will send information on how the software is used.

Information collected is strictly non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII data) such as software function usage, usage frequencies, enabled or disabled options, basic OS information like Windows versions, language, memory, etc.

We do not collect nor record any payment information, user names, passwords, email addresses, URL's, I.P. addresses, host names, file names, directory names, notes, filters, serial numbers of our software or other installed software, including Windows, etc. or any kind of unique, private, personal or confidential data. Thus, you can be assured that all data collected is completely anonymous.

To enable Runtime Intelligence, go to Preferences > Options > Runtime Intelligence from within SyncBackPro.

By enabling Runtime Intelligence you are helping us improve the software.
