SyncBackPro has inherited the significant features, changes and updates of SyncBackSE, but has the following new features:

New: Backup to CD/DVD with disk spanning (compression not required)
New: Number of files included in backup/sync is no longer limited by free RAM
New: Backup to and from email (SMTP and POP3/IMAP4)
New: BZip2 compression (better compression rate than Zip)
New: Can check for drive warnings or failure using S.M.A.R.T. (recorded in log file)
New: Scripting support (program and profiles can be configured using user created scripts)

New: Traditional archive bit backup (incremental and differential)
New: Can specify a different folder to use for full backups
