Q. What is your upgrade policy?
A. All minor upgrades
are free. For major upgrades there may
be a small upgrade fee, but this will be
in line with our low pricing policy. Although
licensees are advised to upgrade to the
latest version, there is no requirement
to do so. Note however that we have never
thus far charged licensees for
software upgrades
since the programs were first released.
