Support Ticketing and KnowledgeBase Maintenance

Essential maintenance and updates were carried out on our Support Area on 1 and 2 March. Support ticketing and the KnowledgeBase were unavailable during this period. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, however we are happy to report the Support Area is now fully operational once again.

Support ticketing is available for trial users and licensees of our commercial software. Note that the forum is the appropriate context to post comments and questions about our freeware.
