On 28 January our payment processor eSellerate experienced serious network problems which resulted in intermittent store access for several hours.
This was the first occasion in over five years that our web store suffered down time. eSellerate worked hard on the problem and resolved the issue as quickly as possible.
Card payments on our web store are fully operational, however PayPal payments were temporarily suspended because of an integration issue caused by the network problems. eSellerate worked with PayPal and this problem was rectified by 30 January.
