Log Files Being Email Four Times

SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

Log Files Being Email Four Times

Post by otronics » Tue Dec 03, 2019 5:08 pm

Hello.

Using SyncBackFree V9.0.4.1 (32-bit)

I have various profiles that have been running for years.

One has all of a sudden started sending the log file email four times each day (at the same time). So I get four large emails at about 06:04 each morning.

Other profiles are emailing once as they always have.

Any ideas?

I note in the SMTP debug log it says:

Code: Select all

start to connect 23, 1, 0, 0x00000000
connect failed, error: 0x0000274d
start to connect 2, 1, 0, 0x00000000
connected

Hi,

Try deleting and recreating that profile and see if it works. The possible reasons for receiving 0x0000274d error are explained in this article:

Thank you.

Recreating the profile seems to have fixed it. Bit of a pain having to start from scratch though. Thanks.
