SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

hi

when i try to run my profile i have this error on scanning:
Failed to scan files: The user aborted the request to insert a new disk (or no InsertDisk event was implemented). (517)
profile was fine before and i didnt change anything. what is the issue? it's simple backup folder to zip file. never had problem with it untill few days ago. i'll be happy to see some help because otherwise i will have to switch to some other software and i dont want to do that :)

Hi,

I suggest testing the profile run with SyncBackPro/SE version and see if it works? If the problem persists, submit a support ticket to [email protected] for investigation.
