Failed to delete from Destination : Cannot delete file (395): Access to the cloud file is denied

I have a mirror scheduled to backup certain directories on my laptop to OneDrive. I am getting this error when a file needs to be deleted on the cloud: "Failed to delete from Destination : Cannot delete file (395): Access to the cloud file is denied" I have looked at the Profile Description and it says "Files only on Destination are deleted". What am I missing? Thanks for any assistance.

Hi,

Please generate/submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run to [email protected] for investigation. Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

If your Zip is over 20MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

After posting this issue on the forum I realized that I am not running SyncbackSE but SyncbackLite. Does your instructions for creating a support zip for this version still apply?
