Scanning Box takes longer than Google Drive

SyncBackPro V9.0.7.10 Portable
Two Group Profiles with four Profiles each: one for Box the other for Google Drive.
Type: Mirror

Issue:
When running Box and Google Drives Profiles, scanning Box takes longer, actually much longer than Google Drive scanning.

It seems SyncBackPro does a full recursive scan for Box which increases the time to complete a lot.

Hi,

Google Drive supports Delta API, which allows SyncBack to quickly retrieve the delta changes list from the server since the last profile run, hence the scan time is reduced. However, this feature is not supported with Box cloud service. Therefore, SyncBack needs to scan the contents of the server in each run to retrieve the changes list. Thus the scan time of Box profile appears to be longer than Google Drive.

In addition, please note that Google Drive and Box are 2 different cloud services and the API used to interface with the cloud service is also different, hence we can't expect same performance for both cloud services.

Now, in order to get such Google's Drive Delta API for Box API too, are you 2BrightSparks asking Box for it or we customers should ask for it?
