SyncBackFree not responding

SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

SyncBackFree not responding

Hi,
Recently, I don't know why, when I lunch any backup profile, SyncBackFree get stuck displaying the message "SyncBackFree V8 (not responding)".

I have no idea of what happens. I tried to run in debug mode ; the last command executed in the Debug log file is:

17:41:42=ProfileEngineUI.TShowDifferencesThread.Execute.276:Sync begin

It seems something froze the program at this step.
Any help would be greatly welcome.

Thanks Kostas for the reply.

I sent a email as requested. I hope they could help me since SyncBackFree is completely unusable on my computer.

Meanwhile, I did try to uninstall and reinstall completely the SW without any success.
