Unable to backup file - "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

Hi. I have 3 profiles to copy files from same source to 3 different destinations. However I received a message - 'Failed to copy from Source : Safe copy failed". 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process'.

I understand that syncbackpro is able to copy locked files? My setting is 'Make safe copies' and i'd checked "if a file cannot be copied because of security (access denied) then try backup read/write copy method. Would appreciate any advise on how to resolve this. Thanks!

Hi,

Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation.

Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!
