Log file disappeared

SyncBackFree is the freeware version of SyncBack. It is *not* an evaluation version of SyncBackPro/SE.

Log file disappeared

Post by sieben »

Hello everybody, I'm facing a problem with Syncback free (I'm using now the new V9.0.6.5 version, but i noticed the problem since a long time).
Sometimes, when i want to look at logs for my bakups i have an error message indicating the file does'nt exist.
And effectively, the directory in which HTML log files should be placed is empty.
If I try to look at log file just after having ran the profile, it's ok, files are there
Did someone ever noticed this problem ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Sorry, we can’t reproduce your issue. Please check if you have created any profile in SyncBackFree to delete log files from the log storage location?

Thank you

Hi,

First of all, thank's for your quick answer.
No, I haven't. I've only two profiles, one to backup my personal datas, and the other to backup my outlook folder for my mails. Each are planned at different time during the night (first at 3:00 and the second at 5:00) maybe i'll change the schedule to avoid any contention. Anyway, thank you again.

I have a similar problem- where are the log files located?
