The scheduled appears than "Unknown" when the profile is imported than older versions (v8).

The sheduler works OK, but in "Next run" column appears "Unknown".

Hi,

Can you please delete and recreate the schedule task from:
Modify profile > When page

and see if it works?

If I edit the schedule task, and save it (without modifying any parameter) it works well. Now appears correctly in the "Next Run" column. Is possible to correct this in future versions?

Occurs the same in a new version 9.0.6.5. And, the shedules already modified, are changed again.

Hi,

We do not have a scheduler in SyncBack. We rely on Windows Task Scheduler to trigger our program on the scheduled date/time to run the tasks. When you create a Schedule within a profile, we are only providing a drill-down into the Windows Task Scheduler (WTS) interface through our program settings interface to facilitate SyncBack users in the creation and configuration of a Scheduled Task.

SyncBackPro polls the Next Run value from the Windows Task Scheduler (WTS) own database, which is likely displaying unknown (or blank) in the 'Next Run Time' column in the WTS's own interface (this value is calculated and stored internally by WTS from the task's Recur & Repeat settings and the last-run value of the task).

Can you please go to Task Scheduler in the control panel > Task scheduler > Task Scheduler Library > 2BrightSparks > SyncBackPro > 'User Name/Computername' > and check the Next Run value of the profile in the center panel?

Can you please send that screenshot and your profile configuration to [email protected] for investigation?
