Changing lost password...

Hi there!

I lost my Password for SB Touch. When I try to change to a new Password within SB Pro (latest) I just get error-messages. So I can't change the password to a new one.

So I had to reinstall SB Touch on the remote machine.

Is there a better way?

Hi,

Within SyncBackPro, while you are at the SyncBack Touch setup screen, click Configure and then enable the "Reset password to blank" option in the configuration form before clicking OK.

The above will only work if the profile has been already set to use the current password, otherwise you won't even be able to open the configuration form.

If you can't get it work this way then you will have to uninstall/reinstall it again.
