I bought a new WDC My Passport 2TB drive: WDBYFT0020 to back-up All drivers on my old workstation running Win Xp.
See thread in SE (commercial) forum: Preserving "Date Created" when doing a Mirror.
It's the latest and greatest MB from WDC. After plugging in USB, the driver(s) are installed, but it doesn't show up as a Drive letter.
Then I look at the WD package and it says Windows 10, 8, or 7.
Have done a search or two in the WDC Support section, but need a hint to narrow down search. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
-Ed
