From 7.5 to 7.6

Hello,
I bought several years ago a version of SyncBackSE. It is installed on two PCs, one old and one new, both under Win10 family.

On the new PC it is the 7.6.64.0 which is installed and I was able to upgrade to 7.6.74.0.

On the old PC it is the 7.5.19.0 which is installed and which indicates that a new version is available but it is impossible for me to carry out the update. How to solve this problem without losing the saved profiles and their settings?

Can I request you to submit a support ticket to support@2brightsparks.com, with some screen shots showing the problem (error messages returned when upgrading to the latest version) for further investigation?

Yes it's done.

But I found that the problem only occurred if my Chrome browser was not already open.
If it is open, then updating works.
