Feature Request: Run profile with "force re-scan" option

I use fast backup with manual re-scan option. Now I like to restart a profile with a complete new scan. But by that I need to modify the profile -> fast backup -> force re-scan. It took me a long time to find this option. I think the better position would be in the task menu and right click context menu of a profile.
