Sync-Problems

Hi,

I want to sync local (Win10) files with dropbox using SyncBackPro.
How can it happen, that although files are already stored on dropbox (I doublechecked everything: foldername, filename, size, date,...) the "Differences Window" always shows a lot of them (but not all) in grey characters as if the were not already on dropbox and wants to copy them?
The same also happens the other way around to many files: they are already on my harddisk, but syncback can't "see" them and wants to copy them from dropbox!

Any ideas?
