backing up Gmail accounts

Postby Jarkspeak » Sun Sep 17, 2017 4:29 pm

I have SBP 8.2.18.0 and am backing up 3 Gmail accounts.

One of the accounts finishes OK - the other two finish with failures.

For the failures the log lists the email name and then the following as the reason

Failed to copy from Backup Email : Safe copy failed. Failed to rename temp file: Cannot move file (123): The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

A0549 OK Success

The thing is that according to Gmail the email doesn't exist. These emails are actually trash so I'd delete them if I could.

Any body got any ideas?

Hi,

Please submit a support zip (with debug logs) of the failed profile run for investigation.

Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowledgebase/articles/213970-creating-a-debug-information-file

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Thank you.

I'll do that - sorry for the delay.

My bad - got a bit sidetracked with other stuff.

Thanks
