FTP Errors

Hello, I am getting FTP errors relating to TLS, I have already applied the registry fix but still get the error. This is on server 2008.

Hi,

Please submit a support zip (with debug logs) of your profile for further investigation. Full instructions to create and submit a support zip are given here:

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

There is no way to make such a file because the profile doesn't exist. The FTP connection doesn't even pass the test in the profile creation wizard.
