Serious technical problems arose concerning the allocation of our new IP address during a major server upgrade. This resulted in the failure of our website to resolve in browsers other than by entering our new IP address.
Our website was effectively off-line to the general viewing public for 44 hours due to the failure of our hosting provider to solve this issue promptly. The site is now fully operational.
We apologize to all our users for any inconvenience this may have caused, and are developing procedures that will prevent this reoccurring in the future.
