New 'Advanced Features' SyncBack Tutorial

Post by mike »

Take advantage of the new SyncBack Tutorial that guides users through some of the advanced features of the program:

http://www.2brightsparks.com/tutorials/ ... s-hub.html

You'll also find tutorials on: Creating a Profile and Performing a Simulated Backup; Creating a Simple Schedule and Deleting a Schedule; Using the Font Change Option; and PayPal Sign Up and Verification.

We hope you find one of the areas that sets us apart from the crowd is our high level of resource support for our users.

Enjoy :)

Hi, the tutorial was removed some years ago as it is no longer required. If you wish to know more about PayPal and wish to sign up to their services, please visit their web site: http://www.paypal.com/.

My post was originally made in 2004 when we processed payments via PayPal separately. PayPal payments are now fully integrated with our web store:

1. visit our web store: http://store.esellerate.net/2bs/store
2. choose the software you require
3. enter your personal details
4. choose PayPal as the payment option
5. complete payment details at PayPal
6. submit the order after returning to our web store.

In common with many software web stores, when someone pays via PayPal, they are sent to enter their payment details on the PayPal secure site (or asked to sign in to their PayPal account to pay). Once customers enter their details and confirm they are happy to pay, they are returned to our store order confirmation page. Payment will only be withdrawn from the PayPal account when the "submit" button on our web store is clicked. This gives customers the opportunity of reviewing the order on the order confirmation page to ensure everything is as it should be.

The order confirmation page summarizes the shopping cart details and customer information so the customer can review their order before making their payment. When the payment is processed, a final page opens which shows the customer their serial number and Order ID. In addition, an automated email is sent from our payment processors detailing the license key and installation instructions.

If you run into any difficulties we're always happy to help.

Kind Regards,

Mike de Sousa
