Buying a License
You may purchase ENP Licenses, levels 1 to 7, by credit card or check. Complete
the Form to receive your instructions. We will reply within 24
hours and provide you with a special URL to purchase your license. Alternatively,
Purchase Orders may be issued by fax to: office [at] 2brightsparks [dot] com.
An invoice will be issued, with instructions for payment via wire transfer
or demand draft. Upon payment, a license will be issued granting the right
to copy SyncBackSE for the maximum number of copies for the level purchased.

Please ensure you state the organization’s particulars and the Level
Number (ENP1, ENP2 etc.) being requested. 2BrightSparks reserves the right
to verify the organization’s non-profit status prior to accepting an
order.

Warranty
Our software is covered by a 30-day warranty and technical support. If the
product does not perform according to our documentation and our web site claims,
we will refund your money upon your representation that all copies of
the product have been removed from your and your members’ computers.

is contingent on your agreement our software licensing terms found on this
web page.
As part of our service, we agree to provide you with software, information,
and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this
agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement
at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our products and services
in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance
with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined
below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.
