Read-only NTFS encrypted files cannot be copied

Windows XP/2003 does not allow read-only NTFS encrypted files to be copied from a NTFS volume over the network to a FAT/FAT32 volume on a Windows 95/98/98SE/ME computer. This is not a limitation of SyncBack but a security policy enforced by Windows XP/2003. To avoid this you must clear the read-only flag on the file.
