Q: How do I install SyncBack?

• If you are currently running SyncBackSE or SyncBackPro, close down the program making sure it is not running in the background, and also that it does not have a scheduled task that is about to commence.
• Start the installation program.
• Copy and paste your serial number below into the text field to the right of the key symbol on the evaluation screen, then click OK. If you have upgraded from SyncBackSE to SyncBackPro then you need to enter both your SyncBackSE serial number and your SyncBackPro upgrade serial number.
• Copying and pasting is the best way to make sure you're entering the correct serial number. Hold down both the keyboard Ctrl C keys to copy, and Ctrl and V to paste.
• All versions of SyncBack can be safely installed over an existing installation. By doing this, you will ensure any profiles you have created continue to be active.
• You can have SyncBackPro, SyncBackSE, and SyncBackFree installed on the same computer at the same time, but do not install them into the same folder!
• Please be aware that uninstalling will delete your profiles. You may want to export them (Profiles->Export Profile) before uninstalling.
