Sync between FTP and S3

Is it possible to sync directly between FTP and S3, ideally scheduled?

No - because one side of any profile must be a standard disk/network drive (drive letter or UNC path).
This thread gives more background (it's to do with FTP on one side and Compression on the other (not Cloud as you would like), but the general concept/restriction is the same - you cannot have a plug-in on both sides of a profile, only on one)
