Please delete my previous post
I previously posted to the forum a technical question as I have still not received my login details for posting technical questions. However please delete my post which was marked regarding empty destination folders. I have figured out the settings for this and how to set it properly. Thanks.

Hi
Previous post deleted as requested (glad you figured it out).
Re 'login details not received', that's not strictly true, as you set those when you registered (the system doesn't create them, you do). What you presumably have not received is the automated email with the 'Click Here' link to Activate the account, which was automatically despatched, but may be sitting in (or deleted by) a spam filter, either locally or at your ISP.
I have now manually Activated the support account, but you'd need to add
2brightsparks.com
to any whitelist (or whatever arrangements are necessary) to ensure you get alerts that we have replied to any tickets, etc.
The credentials you chose for the support account (and email address) are as you left them. Obviously, I'm not going to quote them here on an open forum
. If you have difficulties logging in, suggest use the Contact Form to communicate securely.

Note: re
actually I cannot quote the password as it is right now anyway. I can only see it if I change it (this applies to contact via the Contact Form also: if you have problems, we'd need to change it).
