EncryptOnClick Windows 7
No matter how many times a person copy the encryptonclick.exe, encryptonclick.exe.manifest, and XceedZip.dll files to the USB Key in Windows 7, it does not work. Do anyone knows when this will be fixed? It works fine with earlier OS versions. I don't want to install EncryptOnClick on every computer that I use my thumb drive in.

Hi
Thanks for reporting that - seems there is a glitch in the manifest file that affects Windows 7 (when used in no-install mode). The developer is working on it. Can you confirm (in case it is relevant) whether you are using Win 7 32- or 64-bit?

Try this
http://www.2brightsparks.com/assets/sof ... nifest.zip
Download, unZip and paste the file inside over the top of the current manifest file. Assuming it works (does for me and the developer) you'll need to remember to re-use this replacement whenever you re-create such a flash drive 'install' (till we release a new EOC installer, which might be a while - very busy with SE/Pro V6)
You may find you need to restart any PC that you tried to use it on previously (if not rebooted already in meantime). We got some odd results when testing, that disappeared after a restart of the test machine. Just a thought...
