Backup from several sources
Hi, I want to make a backup from several sources such as C: D: in one profile, but I can only select C or D, how I can do this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

With an installable script. There is one in your Pro program folder called AllDrives.vbs, which you need to install (see the Help on Scripting) and you then need to create/set a profile to use it. The way it works is, after setting it as your Source, you set the actual Source box contents to
\
(meaning 'root') and then use the Choose Subdirectories and Files button to select from the drives, folders and files. Note that the profile will create folders on the Destination that correspond to the drives, so that files from C & D will be stored thus
\C\SomeFolder\SomeFile.ext
\D\OtherFolder\OtherFile.ext
that is, the full path (including drive) is preserved, so that if necessary they can be Restored to where they came from. This is not optional.
Note also that this script will make it possible during set-up to select from any mapped network drives, but that these (mapped drives) do not work when Scheduled (only when you log in in person does Windows re-map them) so you should not select files from such drives if you hope to run the profile on a Schedule. If you try, you will get errors stating 'drive\path not found' or similar.

Re: Backup from several sources
If you are using Vista or later, mapped network drives might not actually be visible when selecting from your various drives (as alluded to above). This article explains why, with workarounds.

Note that this will not solve the 'not mapped/accessible when Scheduled' aspect.
