How to create filters for FTP folders
Hello,
I have an FTP server I want to back up. But I only want to back up files that are in the /uploads/ folders. There are numerous /uploads/ folders throughout the directory structure. How can I accomplish this? I tried adding */uploads/* as a filter but it does not accept forward slashes.

Just use backslashes - the profile will convert them as needed.
Note that you need
*\
*\uploads\*
as the entries. Otherwise - without that special first entry - it won't drill into any non-matching root folders looking for child folders that match the second entry.
Note also that 'as is', it will create copies of all the other folders too (without any files - that is, the only folders that will have files copied into them will be *\uploads\). If you don't want such a 'leafless tree' (except for *\uploads\*.*), go to Modify > Expert > Decisions-Files > Folders and set the top section (or both sections) to Do Nothing. Note that - as per the contextual Help on that Folders page - this refers to empty folders, but folders where no files are copied will be skipped too
