Keywords do not appear in the Index

I am using InfoHesiveEP v3.3.0.0. A great freeware tool, by the way.

I was dissappointed to find that Keywords I've entered into Topics and Articles do not show up on the Index page. I can add Anchors, but this is not suitable since an Anchor of a given name will only appear once in the Index.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to have special terms in my help text appear on the Index, and for such Index entries to support occurrances of the term within multiple Topics and/or Articles.

Using keywords seemed the best way to do this, and InfoHesiveEP's online help (Manage Keywords topic) indicates:

Note that apart from the Index, the Keywords you define using the Manage Keywords function are not directly viewable in the ePublication.

I request that this capability be extended to Indexes in Help Projects, and in the exported CHM output.
