kopieert aantal bestanden niet over

hallo iedereen,

Bij het overkopieren van een aantal files krijg ik bij somige bestanden een foutmelding(via FTP), ik kan er maar niet achterkomen waarom dit precies.
Heeft er iemand misschien ideeën?

Dit is de foutmelding die het laat zien in de logfile

Mislukt om doel te kopiëren: Cannot create file "E:\directie\Kees\DIVERSEN\overeenkomst.DOC". Toegang geweigerd
