Feat req SyncBack: Run profile when-destination available

It would be very useful if a profile can be configured such that it runs automatically when a destination becomes available. For example, when connecting a laptop to the office network, or when plugging in a previously configured USB hard disk. This is the feature I loved most about Memeo Autobackup (but of course that software has many other problems and limitations).
