Thread Error: The handle is invalid
I was running a Fastback to update a previous run. It ran for 27 minutes and then got "Thread Error: The handle is invalid " with a long page of thread traces.
It also had Non-Critical Errors (835) mostly in one sub-directory with messages
The hash value could not be computed: Cannot open file "....my filename...". Not enough quota is available to process this command
How do I react to this?

Hi
You haven't actually said what you're backing up to or from? Or, your version number...
You might want to sign up for ticketed support and submit debugging info:
Signup details
http://www.2brightsparks.com/help/index.php?action=user
There's an article that explains the support ticket sign-up process at:
http://www.2brightsparks.com/help/index ... article=15
Please note that the forum and the ticket area are separate systems and currently require separate registration for each system. You can re-use the same credentials (if also 'vacant' on the 2nd system you register with) but you still need to register again/separately.

The bell finally rang

Note that if you're not using v6.1.1.22 or later, you may need to update to get the option that fixes this
I also forgot to mention (if applicable):
Please note that technical support for versions of SyncBackSE and SyncBackPro prior to version 6 has officially ceased. Any technical support given is provided at our sole discretion and should not be treated as a precedent in any way. We reserve the right to discontinue any dialogue regarding unsupported versions, either for a current ticket/post, future tickets/posts or both. No further updates, fixes, or changes will be made to unsupported versions of SyncBackSE or SyncBackPro.
