Problem with missing/dissepearing profils

I have problem with some profils which dissepears from the profil list and are not executed anymore.
It is always the two same profils. Each time I add them, they run OK for a few days, sometime for 1 or 2 weeks, and then, both of them dissepear from the list (all the other profils are working correctly, I neven had problem with them).
When the I import a profil, I get an error "a profil with the same name already exist, but it is corrupted, do you want to replace it ?".
I tried creating those two profil from scratch (instead of importing them), and the result is exactly the same. It work for a few days then the get corrupted and dissepear.
SyncBackPro version : 5.20.0.0 (last one available, can't use V6 on Windows 2000)
OS : Windows 2000 server
Does anyone had the same problem ?
Also : is there a way to force installation of V6 on Windows 2000 ? Maybe that would correct the problem...

Actually, even 5.20.0.0 is not fully compatible with Windows 2000 (5.11.3.0 is the last one that is). There's no way to force V6 to install on W2K

As we no longer support Windows 2000 (strictly speaking the above link is designed purely so people who need to re-install can do so: we do not guarantee to maintain it for ever), we can't get into the main issue, except to say something is presumably deleting or corrupting one or more component (files) of the profile (so the profile name per se still exists, but it won't load, because incomplete/corrupted)

I have uninstalled the software, and reinstalled the 5.11.3.0 version... I will see if it works or if the problem reapear.
