Possible to sync iTunes playlists

I have about 20gb of music on my desktop and would like to sync part of that music to my laptop. Specifically, I would like to have only certain itunes playlists sync to my laptop. I know I could manually mange my music and put certain songs in a 'sync' folder, but that is a real pain. Is that possible to somehow just sync some playlists using syncbackpro?
