Trouble with passwords

In SyncBack when I try to set a password it gives me this error:
log in failure or bad password. I really don't want to use a password but my backup will not execute with out one. I'm using windows 7

Which version of SyncBack? We have three. Also, you're posting in a forum which says
"An area of the forum to post ideas for new products or discuss things that are not related to 2BrightSparks products"
