Mirroring a primary server?
Hello!
I would like to use syncback to mirror one server to another one.
What I cannot see in syncback is an option to work only uni-directional: The destination directory should be kept on the status of the source. When in the source a file is deleted, it shall be deleted in the destination by syncback.
Is this possible?

I foregot to mention...
Oh, I completely forgot to mention: This are macintosh files stored on Win2000 Server, so this are files which contain a resource fork.
Does syncback keep the contents correctly over a network, too?

Uni-direction? You mean a backup
This question gets asked a lot. Sync is in both directions, backup is in one direction. It's in the FAQ
I'm not familiar with Mac's, so I've no idea what a resource fork is, but if it's a normal file then there should be no problem. I would try it with a few test files first to make sure everything is working.
Thanks
