backed files are not readable

Hi all,
There's something wrong with my backed up files. It seems that they are not readable anymore! The files now appear in strange japanese or chinese and other incomprehensible characters. What's the reason? Did I do sometjing wrong in the backup proces?

Hi, there is no option or way for SyncBack to scramble the filenames like that, so it's not something you've done.
